Everyone at this practice is very nice and professional —especially Dr. Nguyen and Ms.Kateryna. I had a telehealth with Dr. Nguyen 2 months ago and I was supposed to go back for Allergy patch test. Dr. Nguyen was extremely patient and informative. Ms. Kateryna called me to remind me about my appointments. She was very nice on the phone. I went in this week. The two ladies at the front desk were helpful and efficient. The day I went in for the patch application, Ms. Kateryna was the one who did it for me. She was very professional and nice. She told me what she was doing and what I should and should not do after getting the patch. I went back on Wednesday to remove the patches and was seen by Dr. D. She was nice, but seemed to be in a rush.
